Meeting Agenda
1. Welcome from Chairman. 
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. 
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
5. Notes previously circulated from 28th November 2024 meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
6. Request for funding Military Wives Choir. 
7. Village Events group with Tattershall with Thorpe – to appoint Cllrs and put forward dates for an inaugural meeting of this group. 
8. LALC – Annual training scheme 25/26 cost £175 + VAT – please attend as many training sessions as possible, they will help your understanding of the role. 
9. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for December 2024 and January 2025, details with Councillors including bank reconciliation for previous month.  
10. Youth Club – update Cllr Bowen
11. Cemetery investigations – work postponed due to wet conditions – looking at February 
12. Planning applications and decisions – Council application for container on Allan Barker for the Football Club FPP granted S/035/00025/25 115 High Street – erection of detached Garage.  
13. Skate Park – completion report 
14. To receive/ record Clerks retirement details including outstanding holidays.

b. Lease for Hall car park, custodian Trustee docs, Land regs, name change with solicitors 
16. To resolve to move into closed session as required- Under the Public Bodies (admissions to meetings) Act 1960 and the Local Government Act 1972, ss 100 and 102
a. To receive notes and notes and recommendations from HR section of meeting held 14th Nov 4th Dec both held in private session. Please note these minutes and resolutions were not completed by the Clerk to the Council.

c. Staffing update – transfer of duties – dates for interviews for office assistant 
d. Dates for employee appraisals – x 4 casual staff conducted by the Clerk
