  1. Welcome from Chairman.
  2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to

             the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any

             pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of 

            Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

  1. Notes previously circulated from January27th 2022 meeting – to consider &

            resolve as true & correct record of meeting.

  1. Report from Burial board meeting 19th February  – resolve notes if available.
  2. Funds request – Coningsby Community Hall – replacement de-fib box cost total cost

£438 incld. VAT – Council cannot purchase this but could give a donation towards the cost to the Hall committee.

  1. Asset Transfers – East Lindsey assets –. Report if available EL officer.
  2. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
  3. Hawthorn Hill – Sewage issues – environment agency - ongoing report if any
