- Welcome from Chairman.
- To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to
the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
- To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any
pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of
Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

- Report from Burial board meeting 19th February – resolve notes if available.
- Funds request – Coningsby Community Hall – replacement de-fib box cost total cost
£438 incld. VAT – Council cannot purchase this but could give a donation towards the cost to the Hall committee.
- Asset Transfers – East Lindsey assets –. Report if available EL officer.
- Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
- Hawthorn Hill – Sewage issues – environment agency - ongoing report if any

- Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by
Council as listed for February 2022 – documents with Councillors.
