Meeting Agenda

1. Welcome from Chairman. 
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. 
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. Notes previously circulated from July 22nd meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
5. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
6. Traffic speeds – Dogdyke Road & Hawthorn Hill – no updates 
7. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for August 2021 and September 2021 details with Councillors including current balances at bank. 
8. Planning applications and decisions S/035/01480/21 – The Warren, New York Road, full planning permission granted, Dogdyke – extension to existing to provide additional living accommodation.
9. Inspection reports – Allan Barker and Play Area School Lane
10. Centenary Celebrations Coningsby War Memorial 18th Sept – feedback from the day. 
11. Proposed works using the East Lindsey funding received – Seat, planters, no further quotes received for the works to gardens. 
12. Queens Platinum Celebrations June 2022 – feedback from Cllrs Bowen, Bannister, Hodgson  
13. Allotment visit – feedback Chairman Cllr Donnellan 
14. Clerks report:
1. Land for burial ground – Lease documents land at Community Hall – no movement
2. School Lane/ Laythorpe Gardens – Parking issues – no update
3. Marker gates – date for fixing TBC
4. Christmas 2021 –
5. Hedges and trees requiring cutting back at various places around the village, letters have been sent to properties plus Highways informed.
