Meeting Agenda

 

  1. Welcome from Chairman.
  2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
  3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
  4. Notes previously circulated from February 24th 2022 meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
  5. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
  6. LALC training scheme – to discuss council interest in joining this for the coming year. Councillors have the information required.
  7. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for March 2022 current balances at bank.
  8. Planning applications and decisions S/035/02480/21 Full PP Barn conversion.

            S/035/00099/22 telecommunications pole at Coningsby Metals site. Full PP

  1. To approve – refreshments for Annual Parish Meeting 21st April – District & County Councillors invited to answer questions.
  2. Rickard Trophy – Winners 2022 announcement.
  3. Asset details – if received, all areas requested.
  4. Clerks report:
  1. Thank you letter from Lions for Christmas trees
  2. Wombles event 12th March report back
  3. Update on Jubilee events – invites for afternoon tea- Councillors wishing to attend?
  4. Dance at Community Hall 3rd any funds raised over the costs if any will be discussed at Council for distribution to local Charities

 

  1. To resolve to move into closed session- Under the Public Bodies (admissions to meetings) Act 1960 and the Local Government Act 1972, ss 100 and 102
