Annual meeting Agenda

1. To receive nominations for election of Chairman for the coming year, signing of declaration of acceptance of office.
2. To receive nominations for election of Vice Chairman for the coming year. 
3. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. 
4. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
5. Notes previously circulated from April 22nd meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting. 
6. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
7. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for May details with Councillors including current balances at bank.

S/35/01378/20 – outline planning for 150 dwellings – passed on 29th April awaiting 106 agreements.
S/035/00435/21 – EXTENSION 45 Park Lane – Full permission 
S/035/0067 – 75-77 High street, extension – Full permission
s/035/00533/21 Keepers Cottage Langrick Rd – supported
S/035/00934/21Change of use, conversion of and alterations to existing agricultural outbuilding to provide 3no. holiday cottages. Roanes Farm Old Fen Lane.
9. Centenary of the War Memorial – to discuss any Council activity/ input to celebrations. 
10. Hawthorn Hill marker posts – speed reduction measures. 
11. Burial training – ICCM – Clerk and Deputy signed up for additional training. To discuss training with LALC for Councilors if required.

1. Land for burial ground – Lease documents land at Community Hall – no movement
2. School Lane/ Laythorpe Gardens – Parking issues – 
3. Foot path from School Lane to Allan Barker recreation ground- has been swept and edges cleared.
