You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above Council which will be held at Coningsby Community Hall7.30pm– please be aware masks must be wornuntil seated. Hand sanitisers and wipes for tables and chairs provided for your use. Unless rules have changed following announcements scheduled for 21st June 2021.

Meeting Agenda

1. Welcome from Chairman.
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. Notes previously circulated from May 27th meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
5. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
6. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listedforJunedetailswith Councillors including current balances at bank.
7. Planning applications and decisions

S/207/01207/21 BROOKFIELD HOUSE, NEW YORK ROAD, DOGDYKE, LINCOLN, LN4 4UR Extension and alterations to existing house to provide a garden room with an enlarged first floor bedroom over on the site of an existing conservatory which is to be removed.

S/035/00934/21Roane’s Farm Old Fen Lane – holiday lets x 3- supported.

S/35/01378/20 – outline planning for 150 dwellings – passed on 29th April awaiting 106 agreements. No further information

9. RAF – Families day 23rd July 2021 – update from Cllr Chris Waites
10. Designs – proposed for the War memorial gardens – with Councillors to be discussed.
11. Meeting with Highways officer- suggestion planters rather than bollards outside Coupland’s; Seat outside Bells would be approved if requested; plus gardens as above.
