Meeting Agenda
- Welcome from Chairman.
- To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
- To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
- Notes previously circulated from October 28th meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
- Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
- Traffic speeds – hedges at Hawthorn Hill crossroads
- Reactive Speed Indicators – feedback from users /purchase/ running costs available at the meeting.
- Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for November 2021 details with Councillors including current balances at bank.
- Request for funds for:
- Scouts
- Citizen’s advice
- Planning applications and decisions App. S/035/01740/21 APPROVAL OF SEC 73 Kings Manor – landscaping and play area changes – approval granted with conditions.
- Feedback from Remembrance Day events – if any.
- Request to site and possibly fund a defibrillator at Gibbett Nook garage – COOP have been approached.
- Christmas tree lighting and Carol singing 5th December 2021
- Clerks report:
- Land for burial ground – Lease documents land at Community Hall – no movement
Closed Session – To resolve to exclude public and press under section 100 (a)(4) of the local government act 1972.
- To discuss salary prior to budget setting
- Approval of council’s budget and precept for 2022-2023 including tenders for works salaries and pensions.
