Meeting Agenda
- Welcome from Chairman.
- To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
- To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
- Notes previously circulated from September 23rd meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
- Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
- Traffic speeds – Dogdyke Road & Hawthorn Hill – Reactive speed sign update
- Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for October 2021 details with Councillors including current balances at bank. The budget monitoring report for 6 months has also been provided.
- Planning applications and decisions
- Coningsby War Memorial service - 14th November
- To discuss Local Heritage sites - request for a list of any sites to be put forward to Lincolnshire Heritage for inclusion.
- Proposed works using the East Lindsey funding received – Seat, planters, no further quotes received for the works to gardens.
- Queens Platinum Celebrations June 2022 – feedback from Cllrs Bowen, Bannister, Hodgson after proposed meeting with clerk
- Clerks report:
- Land for burial ground – Lease documents land at Community Hall – no movement
- School Lane/ Laythorpe Gardens – Parking issues – no update
