Hand sanitisers and wipes for tables and chairs provided for your use. Unless rules have changed following announcements scheduled for 16th July 2021.

Meeting Agenda
- Welcome from Chairman.
- To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
- To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
- Notes previously circulated from June 24th meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
- Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
- Traffic speeds – Dogdyke Road & Hawthorn Hill – to request surveys and action as required
- Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for July details with Councillors including current balances at bank. Bank mandate is currently with the bank for updating.
- Planning applications and decisions S/035/01480/21 – The Warren, New York Road, Dogdyke – extension to existing to provide additional living accommodation.
- Hawthorn Hill marker posts – costs and design to be approved – quotes to be discussed in closed session.
- Centenary Celebrations Coningsby War Memorial 18th Sept– actions taken, hall booked, WI agreed to prepare and serve, TPRO applied for. To discuss next steps
- RAF – Families Day 23rd July 2021 – update from Cllr Chris Waites
- Proposed changes/improvements for the War memorial gardens – funding received from East Lindsey – all works will be kept within the funded budget.
- Queens Platinum Celebrations June 2022 – to discuss format of activities.
- Meeting with Coningsby Football Club report to full Council from Chairman Chris Waites
- Allotment visit – date to be arranged
- Clerks report :
- Land for burial ground – Lease documents land at Community Hall – no movement
- School Lane/ Laythorpe Gardens – Parking issues – no update
