25/26- 109. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. 
25/26- 110. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

Ref: 03864/25/ABT - siting and appearance of the replacement 22.5m mast, revised base and compound arrangement, installation of 2no. cabinets, 3no. relocated and 9no. additional antennas, additional dish and associated ancillary development. Telecommunications Mast 115672 At Sewage Treatment Works Dogdyke Road. The council has no objections. 
2. Ref: 03389/25/FUL - Planning Permission - Erection of a dwelling with a link to the existing garage. Plot At 30 Marmion Road. Approved. 
25/26- 116. Highways meeting to discuss local issues 
1. Hawthorn Hill – complaint of road conditions 
2. Orchard way parking – no access for emergency vehicles

1. Lease for hall car park, custodian Trustee docs now signed with solicitor, awaiting update. 
2. Oak tree donation - Allan Barker site meeting arranged 
3. Cemetery mapping, fencing ordered for housing of excess soil.

5. Staff appraisals completed, clerk to update at the next meeting
