1. Chairmans remarks
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. Notes previously circulated from February 22nd council meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
5. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
6. To consider and sign the contracts with Smiths Maintenance for Resurfacing the MUGA 3G pitch.
7. Finances - To consider and approve payments as listed record payments, March 2024 – list with Councillors. Including the amendments to accounting system.
8. Planning applications S/035/02114/23 – 146 dwellings Leagate Road, S/035/00325/24 10 Curtis Drive – extension to existing, S/035/00332/24 Land off Greenfield Road – additional properties to approved plan. All above council comments submitted.
9. Standing Orders and Financial Regulations updated 2024 for approval.
10. Policies requiring approval lists with Councillors –Website updating.
11. Youth Club update – Duke of Edinburgh Awards
12. Clerks report –
1. Custodian Trustee documents – N B Law
2. Car Park Land - Hodgkinsons
3. Land Registry docs – Community Hall – in progress need both of the above to complete.
4. Cemetery mapping – no progress ongoing project.
