  1. Welcome from Chairman.  

  1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.  

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation. 

  1. Notes previously circulated from July 28th 2022 meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting. 

  1. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance. 

  1. Hawthorn Hill – to discuss requesting a review of the speed limit  

  1. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for August and September including current balances at bank.  

  1. Proposal to site Defibrillators – Hawthorn Hill and Dogdyke – Cllr Olive  

  1. All Councillors to sign the Code of Conduct adopted July 28th minute 07.25  

  1. Update – Youth group ideas – Cllr Bowen  

  1. Annual Audit – cleared  

  1. Planning applications and decisions –  

S/035/01582/22/3 BBMF application withdrawn. 

 S/035/01440/22 – 5 Hawthorn Hill – to erect a stable – no objections recorded. 

 S/035/01632/22 – Unit 5 Lancaster Court – Industrial Unit change of use from Garage to distribution/ warehouse – supported. 

 S/035/01715/22 – Bede Farm Cross Keys Lane – extension to existing shed to increase storage – supported.
