Meeting Agenda 

 

  1. Welcome from Chairman.  

  1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.  

  1. Signing declarations of acceptance of office – Chairman & Vice Chairman elected at May Annual meeting. 

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation. 

  1. Notes previously circulated from May 26th 2022 meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting. 

  1. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance. 

  1. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for June current balances at bank.  

  1. Audit 2022 – to consider the Annual Governance statement – sign by Chairman 

  1. Audit 2022 –  (a) to consider /approve end of year submission of accounts – signed by Chairman (b) receive internal auditors report – all Cllrs have copies. 

  1. Planning applications and decisions – no new applications 

  1. Football Club – To discuss the coming season & arrange a date for Council/Club preseason meeting. 

  1. Summer Burial Board walk – contractors have been asked for a timescale for the hedge cutting – to discuss the need for a visit by the group. 

  1. Asset details – if received, at date of agenda production no details received. 

  1. Clerks report: Thank You to everyone for the great turnout and support from the Council for all the events over the weekend; the Dance made a profit of £100; please could some ideas be put forward to where this should go. Village Charities please.  

 

 

  1. To resolve to move into closed session- Under the Public Bodies (admissions to meetings) Act 1960 and the Local Government Act 1972, ss 100 and 102
