1. Welcome from Chairman – Public forum.
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. Co-option advertised closing date 14th April 2021.
5. Notes previously circulated from February 25th meeting – to resolve as correct record of meeting.
6. Tattershall Lakes – information with Councillors – discussion if required.
7. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors if in attendance.
8. Finances - to approve future and retrospective payments and note income received by Council as listed for March details with Councillors including current balances at bank.

1. S/035/01019/20 Planning Permission - Change of use of land for the siting of 22no. modular homes for the over 55's. | LAND OFF GREENFIELD ROAD. Full planning
No further information at time of producing agenda.
2. S/035/01378/20 Outline erection of 149 no. dwellings and a farm shop; Leagate Farm, Cross Keys Lane. Comments are online.
3. S/035/00435/21 Extension to existing dwelling to provide a sitting room on the site of an existing conservatory which is to be demolished. 45 PARK LANE, CONINGSBY, LINCOLN, LINCOLNSHIRE, LN4 4SW
10. Clerks Report:
1. Land for burial ground – Lease documents land at Community Hall – no movement
2. School Lane/ Laythorpe Gardens – Parking issues – more complaints received information passed on and requested school send out a reminder on safety.
3. Foot path from School Lane to Allan Barker recreation ground- no further information – clerk is seeking costs for surfacing.
4. Coningsby & Tattershall Wombles – volunteer litter pickers
Resolution to move into closed session:
Rickard Trophy ––Chairman and Vice Chair make the final decision.
To discuss a possible donation for a future activity for the recipients as a one-off gesture.
