Coningsby Town Council is the most local tier of government for its parishioners. The town council is an elected body with powers and rights to represent their local community and provide services for them, for example improving infrastructure and providing community assets.
The Council own/operate play areas, community hall car park, office, recreational ground with MUGA, sports pavilion, BMX track, various outdoor equipment, and a skater park. These facilities are open to the public and available to book. There are no age limits on any of the facilities but some of the equipment has age restrictions i.e. 12 and under.
The councils’ facilities are mainly used by people who live in Coningsby and surrounding villages but Tattershall Lakes, the RAF and the various other caravan parks bring quite a lot of visitors to the area. Which is why the council wants to provide them with good local facilities.
If you have any ideas you would like to bring forwards to the council please email the Parish Clerk or the Deputy Parish Clerk using the details on the Contact Us page.
