26/27- 59. Planning applications and decisions
1. Ref: 00843/26/RVC - Brookfield House, New York Road, Dogdyke. Section 73 application to vary condition no. 2 (approved plans) as previously imposed on planning permission ref. no. S/207/01207/21 for the Extension and alterations to existing house to provide a garden room with an enlarged first floor bedroom over, new bay window and altered roof to the garage. Existing conservatory to be removed. Approved subject to conditions.
26/27- 60. Clerk’s report
1. Lease for hall car park, custodian Trustee docs now signed with solicitor, awaiting update on first registration of land.
2. Asset transfer complete – Annual inspection arranged for play area on Old Boston Road.
3. Council to consider operational inspection to be carried out quarterly.
4. Request for letter to be sent – overnight parking in layby.
5. Feedback from additional allotment meeting – If update can be given.
