- Apologies – due to his resignation Cllr Dick Johnson from the Coningsby Council, sadly he is not in attendance apologies not required.
- No declarations of interest at this point. Cllr Olive joined the meeting
- Proposed Cllr Mason to move into closed session, seconded Cllr Bowen, RESOLVED
